Hazon is an AI-assisted digital companion designed to support personal reflection and decision-making through structured dialogue grounded in biblical principles. It utilizes Google's Gemini AI to assist you in clarifying your thoughts. Disclaimer: The Service provides guidance for clarity and direction but does not constitute professional therapy, licensed counseling, financial, legal, or authoritative spiritual direction.
By using the Service, you confirm that you have the capacity to understand and accept these Terms and are at least 13 years of age.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if malicious activity, misuse, or security risks are identified.
Certain features of Hazon involve financial contributions (such as unlocking specific visions or sowing seeds of support). Payment processing is handled securely by external providers (e.g. Paystack). All completed payments and contributions are final and non-refundable.
You retain full ownership of the personal content, reflections, and context you input into Hazon, as well as the unique Vision Documents generated for you. By using the Service, you grant EBISKO Holdings (Pty) Ltd a strict, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your vision responses and operating the platform securely. We will never sell or externally distribute your personal reflection data.
Hazon is rooted in Christian principles and biblical teaching. We ask that you use the Service respectfully. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the prompt architecture, inject malicious commands, or exploit the AI capabilities to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. Any abuse of the AI service infrastructure will result in immediate termination of an account.
The platform design, branding, internal AI prompts, and system functionality are the protected intellectual property of EBISKO Holdings (Pty) Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit the underlying software and platform design without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, EBISKO Holdings (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or actions taken based on generated responses. The Service and all generated texts are provided "as is" and without absolute warranties of any kind. Your use of Hazon is entirely at your own discretion.
We may update these Terms as Hazon evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
